The Amazing Race

The Amazing Race is one of my favorite shows on TV, it fun to watch people run around with their heads cut off. Its fun to see people react to different cultures throughout the world, its fun to see teams get creative inorder to get one step ahead of the other teams, its just overall great TV! Like most people out there, I didn't get started with The Amazing Race until the 5th season, and believe it or not, I picked Chip & Kim on the first episode to win it all! Anyways, as much as I like the show, I can't help but wonder how much longer it will be on. Look at its history-- it struggled with ratings throughout the first 4 seasons, and when it was popular during seasons 5-9, (Though most fans try to forget the Family Edition, especially the Weaver Family) CBS has had a hard time trying to find a spot for it. Tuesday nights at 10, then nine, then 8, then on Wednesdays, and yes, now The Amazing Race 10 will be on Sunday nights at 8:00. For such a popular show, it sure does get moved around a lot.

The Amazing Race 10 will be starting in Seattle and go to China, Mongolia, Vietnam, Kuwait and Madagascar and of course other places. Kuwait??? I can't believe they would sent people to the middle east right now--wait, it was filmed months ago...still, I'm looking forward to that episode, just to see what it will be like. I wonder if they'll have a moment of silence for the American Soldiers in Iraq? Moving on... I still haven't found out the first airing of the show...but at least we know it is on a Sunday.
