"把儿"

For vegtables, plants or a bunch of long narrow objects gathered closely together.

一把儿菠菜 - bōcài - a bunch of spinach
一把儿挂面 - guàmiàn - a bunch of dried noodles
一把儿韭菜 - jiu3cài - a bunch of leeks
一把儿筷子 - kauìzi - a bundle of chopsticks
一把儿鲜花 - xiānhuā - a bunch of fresh flowers

把 & 把儿

Both are used for a quantity of things that can be held in one hand.

"把" is often used for things scattered.

For Example:

她抓起一把菠菜, 用草捆了起来。
She took hold of a bunch of spinach and then bundled it up with straw rope。

"把儿" is used for things bundled up

For Example:

她买了一把儿菠菜, 是用草捆着的。
She bought a bunch of spinach bundled up with straw rope。
